Rhymesayers Entertainment

Rhymesayers Entertainment is a clandestine hip-hop music brand based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, co-founded in 1995 by Sean Daley, Brent Sayers, Musab S'ad Ali, Derek Turner and Anthony Davis. The brand is mainly composed of indigenous Minnesotans as easily as nationally recognized artists including Soul Position and MF Doom, who has released one disk (MM. Food?) under the brand. It is the largest rap brand in Minneapolis and has a cordial relationship with the Doomtree crowd. In 1999, the brand opened its own record shop called The Fifth Element, located in Uptown, Minneapolis.
